Added New Blocking Function which should be able to block the IP from "ah-afr.de" from the website. (Not the Most Secure way so you could evade it but it works temporarily till I found a Permanent Fix.
Changed some Role Names/Descriptions

Needs to be Tested by @admin after release. Do not undo it until @nico had the Ability to also check it out!
